She was a native and life-long resident of Slidell. Loleta was the daughter of the late Florence Faciane and Mary Dolorete Balancier Faciane. She was the wife of the late Elmo Davillier, Sr. and the mother of Elmo Davillier Jr., Bettye Woodard, Lloyd Davillier, Mary Davillier-Sloan, Matthew Davillier, Lizette Davillier-Wellauer and the late Marie Davillier-Alcorn. She was a devout Catholic, regularly attended Mass at St. Genevieve Church and tirelessly served as a member of the Altar Society. She was also an active member of the Golden Age and Happy Go Lucky Club, serving as their secretary for 17 years. Loleta will be greatly missed by her children, sons-in-law, Jake Sloan, Robert Wellauer, George Alcorn II; daughter-in-law, Yolanda Davillier; grandsons and wives, Craig (Patricia), Daniel (Germaine) and John (Tracey) Davillier, Derek (Roslyn)Woodard and George Alcorn III; granddaughters and husbands, Alisa (Blair) Dupre, and Adrienne (Maurice) Smith. Loleta also leaves to mourn her passing a sister-in-law, Frances Davillier-Biagas, numerous great-grandchildren, cousins, other relatives and her many friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, beloved daughter and parents; sister, Enola Narcisse and brothers, Florent, Fred, Albert, Robert, David, Edward (K.C.) and Julius Faciane. She was also preceded by six sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law and one daughter-in-law. We are left to mourn the passing of a beloved Mother, mother-in-law, sister-in- law, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and dear friend. A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. July 23 at St. Genevieve Catholic Church. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Doyle's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. ===================
