MADEJ, VICKI LYNN 
(July 4, 1939 - June 6, 2010)

VICKI LYNN MADEJ, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2010 at Ochsner 
Northshore Hospital in Slidell, LA.

Beloved wife of Ronald E. Madej for the past 52 years.

Mother of Shelley M. Hart (Rick) of Kannapolis, NC, Stacey Kim Marie Gaskill 
(Scott) of Ruston, LA and Scott P. Madej (Jeanna) of Battle Creek, MI. Daughter 
of the late Thomas and Willie Maxine Bouldin. Also survived by 6 grandchildren; 
Jacob Gaskill, Brenna Hart, Brendan Madej, Lauren Hart, Morgan Madej and the 
late Matthew Hart.

Age 70 years; a native of McKenzie, TN and a resident of Slidell, LA since 1981. 
Mrs. Madej was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church since 1981.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a memorial service at 
Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 360 Robert Blvd., Slidell, LA on Sunday, 
June 13, 2010 at 3:00pm.

Donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org is 
preferred, in lieu of flowers.
