WILKES, BARBARA ANN 
(October 28, 1932 - June 2, 2010)

BARBARA A. WILKES, 77, of Slidell, LA on Wednesday, June 2, 2010, at Slidell 
Memorial Hospital. 

Beloved Wife of: the late Gordon E. Wilkes; Mother of John Lindsey Wilkes II, 
Rebecca Wilkes Killion, and Alison Wilkes Kikendall; Daughter of the late: 
Joseph and Mary DesGroseilliers; Sister of the late Mary Ruth DesGroseilliers, 
Betty Roberge, Dorothy Hart, Claire Cosenza, and Robert Desgroseilliers; Also 
survived by six grandchildren: Jennifer Lauren Tretler, John Lindsey Wilkes III, 
Matthew Edmund Gordon Killion, Andrew Thomas Wilkes Killion, Brandon Angier 
Kikendall, and Lindsey Anne Kikendall; and two great-grandchildren: Kaitlin 
Olivia Tretler, and Gavin Jace Dufour;

A native of Leominster, Massachusetts, and a resident of Slidell since 1975.

Funeral Services will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN 
FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 1:00 P.M.

Interment will be in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday, June 4, 2010, from 5:00pm until 
8:00pm, and on Saturday at 11:00am.
