OLIVE WOODHAM BULCAO, 93, of Slidell, LA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, 
July 8, 2010, in Franklinton, Louisiana.

Beloved Wife of the late William A. Bulcao; Mother of Judith B. Ferrante, and 
Douglas W. Bulcao; Daughter of the late Eugene and Lula Woodham;

Sister of A.B. Woodham; Also survived by ten grandchildren and 13 great-
grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by 
eleven brothers and sisters.

A native of Newton, Mississippi, and was a resident of Slidell for over 60 
years. She was the City of Slidell's first Librarian, and executive secretary of 
two Slidell Mayors. She was a longtime member of Christ Episcopal Church in 
Slidell. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 12, 2010, at 1:00pm at 
Christ Episcopal Church, 1534 Seventh Street, in Slidell. Friends may visit at 
the church on Monday beginning at 12:00 noon. Burial will be in Forest Lawn 
Cemetery in Slidell.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Christ Episcopal Church Organ 
Fund.
