Freddie Mae Hyatt Corley passed away on July 27, 2010. 

She was born December 31, 1934 in Franklinton, LA to the late Fred and Ella 
Goings Hyatt and was a resident of Covington for over 40 years.

The beloved wife of the late Robert F. Corley, she is survived by her daughter, 
Diane O'Keefe Laborde (Dwight); one son, Michael E. Jackson (Debbie); one 
sister, Mary H. Windom; three grandsons: Terry O'Keefe II, Matt O'Keefe (Celia) 
and Lucas Laborde and two great grandchildren, Gage and Gabby O'Keefe. 

She is also survived by her son-in-law, Terry O'Keefe and a sister-in-law, 
Maudine Hyatt. Eight brothers and sister precede her in death: Woodrow, Denman, 
Lindsey and Martin Hyatt, Mildred Meladine, Ella Ruth Cox, Delores Helton and 
Jean Wright.

Mrs. Corley's family would like to recognize the doctors and staff at 
Pontchartrain Guest House for the compassionate care and hospitality given, not 
only to Ms. Freddie, but also to her family whenever they came to visit. The 
care offered by Harmony Hospice was beyond compare and is also much appreciated.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services at 
12:00 Noon on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 
21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433.

Visiting hours will begin Saturday at 10:00 AM.

Interment at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Covington will immediately follow 
services.
