Beloved husband of 56 years to Billie Poston Geisendorff; loving father of Frederic W. Geisendorff, Jr. and his wife Julie, and Cristi Geisendorff Celestin and her husband Chris; grandfather of Cristi Smith, Dominique Geisendorff, Thomas Lambert, Lesley Geisendorff, Melissa Lambert, Claudia Geisendorff, Gabriella Geisendorff and Grace Geisendorff; great-grandfather to Cadence Peterson and Everleigh Gigandet; and brother to Lil Ferguson, Elisa Ledbetter and Albert Geisendorff. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Frances Geisendorff Lambert; his mother, Elisa Schoelman Geisendorff; his father, Ernest Geisendorff; and a son- in-law, Lee M. Smith. Age 82 years, he was native of Bellville, TX and a resident of the New Orleans, LA area for the past 55 years. A United States Navy veteran, he retired from Exxon Oil Company as a Division Manager, with 38 years of service. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services on Monday, July 26, 2010 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Visitation on Monday will begin at 9:00 AM. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Garden. ===================
