DOROTHY "DOTTIE" MATULICH ALFORD, passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at the 
age of 58. 

Dottie was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Slidell. 

She is survived by her husband David W. Alford; two children, Matthew and Carlye 
Alford; a granddaughter Ryleigh Claviere; two sisters, Lynda M. Bosco and Patsy 
M. Scheinuk. 

She was the daughter of the late Anthony and Maude C. Matulich. 

Dottie was a childcare provider who loved children dearly and always put 
everyones needs before her own. She will be sadly missed by two of her most 
special friends Shelley and Melanie. They were " the wind beneath her wings". 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2010, from 9:00am until 10:00am 
at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 Gause Blvd. W. in Slidell. Funeral services will 
be held at 10:00am. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia, MS.

Donations to: American Cancer Society or Memorial Hospice of Slidell preferred, 
in lieu of flowers.
