HATLEY, BETTIE MORGAN 
(August 7, 1923 - August 7, 2010)

BETTIE MORGAN HATLEY, of Slidell, LA, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her 
family, on Saturday, August 7, 2010. 

Beloved Wife of the late Albert L. "Roy" Hatley, Sr.; Mother of Albert Leroy 
Hatley Jr., and Elizabeth Strain Nelson; Daughter of the late Henry and Mattie 
Casey Morgan; Sister of Henry G. Morgan Jr.; Also survived by six grandchildren 
and 12 great-grandchildren. 

Age 87, Mrs. Hatley was a native of Dallas, Texas, and a resident of Slidell 
since 1965. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church Choir and Altar Guild, 
the Slidell Womens Civic Club, and Slidell Womens Republican Club. 

A visitation will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN 
FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Tuesday, August 10, 2010, from 5:00pm 
until 9:00pm. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2010, at 
10:00am at the Christ Episcopal Church, 1534 Seventh Street, in Slidell LA.

Interment will be in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Donations to: Christ Episcopal Church preferred, in lieu of flowers.
