Buddy leaves to cherish his memory his beloved sister, Rachel Perkins; two raised children, Robert, (Alicia) Harper and Beverly Harper; one grandson, Derrick (Dawn) Williams; two great-grandchildren, Damirus Williams and Dawnece Williams; and a host of godchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Alberta Webb; his parents, Green and Laura Webb; eight sisters, Eleanor Webb, Thelma Webb, Ethel Webb, Laura Webb, Ernestine Gra-ber, Mary Dejoie, Clotele Harper and Martele Webb; and one brother, Clarence Webb. Relatives and friends of the family, pastor and members of the Doughty Chapel AME Church and employees of the Bienville Hotel are invited to attend funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Richardson Funeral Home, 20207 Louisiana Highway 36, Covington. Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Interment is in Covington Cemetery No. 1. ===================
