EVELYN R. WRIGHT, 93, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Friday, August 6, 2010, at 
Slidell Memorial Hospital. 

Beloved Wife of the late Thomas H. Wright; Mother of James T. Wright, Jack E. 
Wright (Judy), Faye W. Bailey (J.R.), and Marie W. Stanley;Daughter of the late 
N.M. and Evie Griffin Riley; Sister of Marion G. Riley of Meridian MS; Also 
survived by 12 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters and one grandson Sean 
Wright.

A native of Meridian MS, She had been a resident of Slidell since 1961. She was 
a member of First Baptist Church Slidell. 

Funeral Services will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN 
FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Monday, August 9, 2010 at 12:00 noon, Rev. 
Stuart Sumrall and Jim Baham officiating.

Interment will be in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday beginning at 10:00am.

Donations to: First Baptist Church Slidell Food Pantry Ministry preferred, in 
lieu of flowers.
