DEWHIRST

Ronald Joseph Dewhirst has entered the arms of his beloved Savior Sept. 15, 
2010, at the age of 58. 

He was the loving husband of the late Mary Taylor Dewhirst and beloved father of 
Martha Nell Dewhirst and Joseph Michael Dewhirst. 

He was born Nov. 29, 1951, in New Orleans to the late Nell Morris Dewhirst and 
Joseph John Dewhirst. 

He is also survived by his two loving sisters, JoNel (Paul) Savoy and Lynn (Ed) 
Blalock; nephews Beau and Brad Blalock and nieces Claudette Savoy, Laurie Jones 
and Lacey Ivey. 

Ron was proud to have served in the U.S. Marines. 

He will be sadly missed by family and friends. "May he find peace with his 
heavenly Father ". 

Private services were held Monday, Sept. 20, 2010.
