Born September 4,1963, in San Diego, Calif., Jonathan graduated from Mandeville High School in 1981, and attended Louisiana State University. Over the last two decades, he was a successful sales professional in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Jonathan had a passion for life and lived intensely. His many interests included a passion for football, which began when he played on his high school team and included his love and support of LSU and the New Orleans Saints. He was fun loving and adventurous, and enjoyed hiking and getting away on wilderness trips. He was also an avid reader who loved to learn and to try new things. He loved his hometown of Mandeville and his many loyal friends. He loved his family most of all, and left us far too soon. He will be deeply missed by all. Jonathan, the son of the late William Frederick Meyer, is survived by his wife, Lynne McCarthy Meyer and two children, Catherine and Jackson, of Roswell; his mother, Rose Taylor Meyer of Richardson, Texas; his three sisters, Cynthia Meyer Coldren and brother-in-law Louis of Richardson; Judith Meyer and her partner Suzanne Anderson, Houston and Alison Meyer of Shreveport; nephews Devin and Jordan Palys of Covington, and Quin Cooper of Shreveport; nieces Abby and Brenna Coldren of Austin, Texas and great-nieces Jaiden and Aivry Palys of Covington. Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at Roswell Presbyterian Church 755 Mimosa Boulevard Roswell, Ga. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Jonathan Meyer to Roswell Presbyterian Church to support their youth ministry. ===================
