Lorene Sanders Tyrone passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2010. 

She was born August 10, 1936 in Maben, MS to the late Thomas James and Emma Mae 
Reed Sanders and was a long time resident of St. Bernard Parish before moving to 
Mandeville after hurricane Katrina.

The beloved wife of the late Martin Clement Tyrone, she is survived by two 
daughters, Angela R. Tyrone (Laura Freeze) and Carolyn T. Scafidel (Robert); her 
son, M. Alan Tyrone; step-son, Richard E. Tyrone (Carolyn); one sister, Patricia 
S. Steele; her brother, J. Harold Sanders and two grandchildren, Ross and 
Rebecca Scafidel.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass at 
11:00 AM on Friday, September 24, 2010 at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 
1501 W. Causeway Approach, Mandeville, LA 70471.

Visitation at the Church will begin Friday at 10:00 AM.

Interment at the Prentiss City Cemetery in Prentiss, MS will be private.
