WELCH, ELIZABETH A. 
(May 17, 1931 - September 26, 2010)

ELIZABETH A. WELCH, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2010 at 
her home in Slidell, LA.

Beloved wife of the late Paul L. Welch. Mother of Judy A. Sandifer and husband 
Sherrill E. Sandifer, David P. Welch and wife Linda B. Welch, and Michael J. 
Welch. Daughter of the late Jepp and Marguerite Alderman. Sister of Betsy Kahl.

Also survived by 6 grandchildren; Jennifer Bellott, Timmothy Bellott, Stephanie 
Robertson, Rae Lynn Wiggins, Angela Welch, and Barbara Snider, and also 5 great 
grandchildren.

Age 79 years; a native of Yazoo City, MS, a former resident of New Orleans and a 
resident of Slidell for the past 35. Along with her late husband, Mrs. Welch was 
the former owner and bookkeeper for P&L Power Tools of Slidell, LA. She was a 
lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Slidell Elks Lodge.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services 
at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), 
Slidell, LA on Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 2:30pm. Visitation will be from 
12:00pm until 2:30pm. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
