BILQUIST, SHIRLEY CLAVIER 
(September 24, 1949 - October 25, 2010)

SHIRLEY CALVIER BILQUIST, 61, of Chalmette, LA on Monday, October 25, 2010.

Beloved Wife of 45 years to Charles Bilquist Sr., Mother of Charles "Chuck" 
Bilquist Jr., Jeffery Bilquist, and Heidi B. Kieff; Daughter of the late Paul 
Charles and Shirley Clavier; Sister of Dora Berns, Joycelyn Slawsky, Marilyn 
Horrigan, and the late Catherine Schwankhart, Charlie Clavier, and Donald 
Clavier; Also survived by ten grandchildren: Amanda Behre, Hope Bilquist, Jeni 
Bilquist, Brianne Diodene, Savannah Bilquist, Ashley Bilquist, Chet Payton 
Bilquist, Stevie Lynn Kieff, Logan Kieff, Slaiden Bilquist; and one great-
grandchild Giana Kreeger.

A native and lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish, she was a longtime 
employee of the St. Bernard Parish School System, working as the cafeteria 
manager at Arabi Park Middle School for over 20 years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral. Funeral 
Services will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST 
LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Friday, October 29, 2010 at 12:00 noon.

Interment will be in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 9:00am
