GOLEMON

Mavis E. Golemon passed away Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2010, at her residence after a 
long illness at the age of 85. She was a retired cashier with National food 
Stores

She is survived by her husband, Glenn Golemon; a son, Anthony Bell; a brother, 
Curtis Swinson; two sisters, Nadine Douglas and Betty Saxon, 10 grandchildren, 
Ronda, Kimberly, Donna, Sheryl, Rebecca, Christopher, Betty, Katie, Rosie, and 
Daniel and 22 great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by two husbands, Art Rosetti and Ray L. Jordan; two 
sons, Raymond "Buddy" Jordan, and Robert E. Bell; a brother, Joseph Swinson and 
a sister, Violet Ryan.

Graveside memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct.16, 2010 at 
Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery in Albany, La. D.T. Williams Funeral Home of 
Pearl River, is in charge of local arrangements.
