HAEUSER, ROSE ELLEN 
(July 13, 1932 - October 22, 2010)

Rose Ellen Leigh Haeuser passed away on Friday, October 22, 2010.

Beloved wife of 58 years to Frederick Richard Haeuser, Jr. loving mother to 
Frederick Richard Haeuser, III (Sonya), Robert Leigh Haeuser (Jamie), David 
Hanceford Haeuser (Edie), Pamela Ellen Haeuser Keller (Mike) and through God's 
Grace, John Gerard Shwartz (Kathy); loving grandmother to Hance, Katy, Ford, 
Jourdan, Clare, David, Kristen and Ian; loving great-grandmother of Adalai and 
aunt to many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Green Leigh; her father, John 
Hanceford Leigh; and 10 siblings, Clara E. Ashcraft, M. Katherine Lamping, 
Newell F. Leigh, J. Robert Leigh, Irene Leigh, Allie M. Leigh, Audrey B. Hargis, 
John H. Leigh, Jr., M. Eugene Leigh and Harold T. Leigh.

She was a native of Crab Orchard, KY, resided in New Orleans, LA for many years, 
Virginia Beach, VA for 5 years and Covington, LA since 2005. She was the former 
Miss Kentucky, a member of several church choirs, an avid gardener and an active 
member of the Covington Presbyterian Church. Relatives and friends of the family 
are invited to attend memorial services on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 9:00 AM 
at Covington Presbyterian Church, 222 S. Jefferson St., Covington, LA 70433.

Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mrs. Haeuser be 
made to the American Cancer Society,
