Carroll "Pete" Pierre Jeansonne passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2010.

Beloved husband of Hana Hess Jeansonne. Father of Lee Hess, Marjorie Hess and 
Mark Hess Jeansonne. Son of the late Pierre Carroll and Alma Marie Wilson 
Jeansonne. Brother of Sylvia Spindel, Lois Ordogne, June Vinson and Gloria 
Chestnut. Brother-in-law of Holly Hess, Honee Hess Magnusson, Heather Hess 
Rodrigues, Heidi Hess and Hala Hess White. Also survived by numerous nieces and 
nephews.

Age 65 years. A native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Covington, LA for 
the past 30 years. He was an US Army Veteran having served in Vietnam and a 
Purple Heart recipient.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial service 
at First United Methodist Church, 203 N. Jefferson Ave., Covington, LA 70433 on 
Thursday, October 21, 2010 at 3:00 PM. Visitation from 2:00 PM until service 
time.

Interment in Lakelawn Park at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to the Alzheimer's 
Association, 3717 Government Street, Suite 7, Alexandria, LA 71302
