ELAINE KETTERINGHAM, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2010 
at her home in Slidell, LA.

Beloved wife of the late George R. Ketteringham. Mother of Lyn Monteleone of 
Covington, LA, Georgia Mannino of Slidell, LA, Genie Gibbs (Randy) of Slidell, 
LA and Dorothy Moore of Savannah, GA. Daughter of the late Leo M. Willis and 
Eugenia McCants Willis. Sister of the late Robert Willis.

Also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 1 great great 
grandchild and a niece, Bobbie Lynes of Richmond Hill, GA.

Age 88 years; a native of Savannah, GA and a resident of Slidell, LA since 1962. 

Elaine was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Slidell, the Slidell 
Ladies Elks and the Duplicate Bridge Club of Slidell.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at 
HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, 
LA on Sunday, October 17, 2010 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm and on Monday from 
9:00am until 10:00am. Funeral services will follow at 10:00am. Interment will be 
in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Donations to: The Leonard P. Monteleone Scholarship Fund, PO Box 940, Covington, 
LA 70434 or the FJM Music Education Fund at www.musiceducationfund.org is 
preferred, in lieu of flowers.
