TABOR, of Pearl River, LA, passed away on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at the Louisiana Heart Hospital in Lacombe, LA. Beloved wife of the late Charles F. Tabor. Mother of Charles K. Tabor and wife Susan Durand Tabor of Pearl River, LA and Thomas H. Tabor of Gulfport, MS. Daughter of the late Samuel Hardin and Alma Hardin Bell. Sister of Elizabeth Wadsworth of Hueytown, AL. Also survived by 3 grandchildren: Matthew R. Tabor and wife Amy Foret Tabor, Virginia Marie "Gini" Tabor Mars and husband Joshua Mars, and Meghann Elizabeth Tabor; and 8 great grandchildren: Emma and Matthew Tabor, Jr., Carson, Nathan, Braden, Jayson, Collin and Lexie Mars. Age 84 years, a native of Birmingham, AL and a resident of Pearl River, LA for the past 9 years. In the 1940's, Mrs. Tabor served as the Secretary for the President of Auburn University.
