RICHARD A. CAMPO, JR. "GRANDDUDE", of Slidell, LA, passed away peacefully on 
Tuesday, November 9, 2010.

Beloved husband of Carolyn Marciante Campo for 53 years. Loving father of Robin 
M. Campo and Richard A. Campo, III and wife Catherine Meydrich Campo. Son of the 
late Richard A. Campo, Sr. and Myrtle E. Campo. Also survived by grandchildren 
Lane and Colin Campo; siblings, Milton Campo and wife Alice and Gwendolyn Bordes 
and husband John; brother-in-law, the late Jerome Marciante; sister-in-law, 
Gwendolyn Marciante Kelley and numerous nieces and nephews.

Age 75 years, a lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA, Mr. Campo was a member of 
the Greater New Orleans Home Builders Association, the Knights of Columbus, he 
was a former member and King of the Krewe of Sparta and was a member of Faith 
and Fun.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial mass at 
St. Genevieve Catholic Church, 58203 Hwy. 433, Slidell, LA on Friday, November 
12, 2010 at 11:00am. Visitation will be held at church from 10:00am until 
11:00am. 

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Catholic Charities of New Orleans, 
LA in honor of Mr. Campo.
