Charles S. Love passed away on November 1, 2010 at the age of 95. 

Born October 17, 1915 to William E. Love and Addie Roussel Love he was raised in 
Texas and a resident of Madisonville, LA for 40 years.

Survived by his wife Mildred Merritt Love, nephew Leslie E. Love, and numerous 
other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Leslie Lewis 
Love and sister Bertha Mae Fiorillo.

He was a navy veteran of WW11, and retired after 33 years with Gulf Oil 
Corporation, Gulf Fleet and later from Tidewater Marine. He was a Mason and a 
member of the Madisonville Presbyterian Church. An active member of the 
community, he served on numerous civic boards.

Private services will be held at Fielding Funeral Home.
