FRANCIS C. "SONNY" MERRITT, JR., of Slidell, LA, passed away on Saturday, 
November 20, 2010 at River Regions Hospice Home in River Ridge, LA.

Beloved father of Danell D. Merritt and Chris Merritt. Son of the late Francis 
C. Merritt, Sr. and Eloise George Merritt. Brother of the late Anne Merritt 
Wyble. Nephew of Mildred Merritt Love.
Also survived by 1 grandson; Holden Merritt, and numerous nieces, nephews, 
cousins and great cousins.

Age 66 years; a native of Madisonville, LA and a resident of Slidell since 1962. 
He was a retired X-Ray Tech and Salesman.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial services 
at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), 
Slidell, LA on Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at 7:00pm. Visitation will be from 
6:00pm until 8:00pm.
