GERVACIO PAREDES, JR., of Franklinton, LA, passed away on Wednesday, November 
17, 2010 at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington, LA.

Beloved father of Terry McCraine, Carol Kelley, Debbie Paredes, Ann Knight, 
Angela Paredes, Dusty Paredes and the late Donald Rogers. Son of the late 
Gervacio Paredes, Sr. and Lena Pagano Paredes. Brother of Elizabeth Burke, 
Katherine Watkins and the late Anita Foght.

Also survived by 21 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Age 70 years; a native of New Orleans, LA, a former resident of St. Bernard and 
a resident of Franklinton for the past 10 years. Mr. Paredes was a retired Chef 
in the Offshore Oil Industry.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services 
at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), 
Slidell, LA on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 11:00am. Visitation will be from 
9:00am until 11:00am.
