Nicholas was a native of Slidell, and lived in Carriere for the past 18 years. He was a casino dealer and worked as a security guard at Gulf Coast casinos. Nicholas was also employed by the Louisiana Superdome. He was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. His hobbies were playing pool, bowling, darts and watching the New Orleans Saints. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Avery J. Bostick, Edward L. Winstine Sr., Louise Sekinger, and Ronald Sekinger. Survivors include his parents, Janet Bostick Magee and husband Edward of Carriere, and Dennis R. Winstine Sr. and wife Sharon of Shelbyville, Texas; his siblings, Dennis R. Winstine Jr., Quentin Scott Winstine, Erin Bordelon and husband Kirk, Ryan Magee, Devin Delaney, Daniel Delaney; his grandparents, Mary R. Bostick, Samuel L. Montgomery Jr., and Mamie "Jerrie" Montgomery; his godmother, Beverly Winstine; aunts and uncles, Natalie Bostick, Dale Winstine Sr., Carmel Henley, cousins, Kyle, Christina and Victoria Bordelon, Tina and Bryan Camaro, Dale Winstine Jr., Jesse Winstine and several other aunts, uncles, and cousins. Nicholas had numerous sincere friends, and will be profoundly missed by all. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 10 - 11 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home. Father Michael Snyder will officiate at the service. ===================
