Ernest A. Bernard, Jr. passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at the age of 
87.

Son of the late Bernetta Schneider Bernard and Ernest A. Bernard, Sr. Brother of 
the late Dorothy B. Bishop, Hazel B. Bock and Marion B. Cameron. Uncle of 
Barbara Bock Campbell, Cary John Bock, Sr. and Alan Bernard Bock. Also survived 
by great-nieces and great-nephews.

Mr. Bernard was a U.S. Army veteran of WW II, a native of New Orleans where he 
worked and retired from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and a resident of 
Mandeville for the past five years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend Funeral Mass on 
Friday, December 17, 2010 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel at E.J. FIELDING FUNERAL 
HOME, 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 with visitation on Friday 
beginning at 2:00 PM.

Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
