CHADICK

Harold Lee Chadick Jr., 56, of Slidell, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010.

He was the beloved companion of Kay Epley; father of Steven Ezekiel Chadick, 
Robert Hal Chadick, Alan Bryan Chadick and Kathyrn Jolene Toth; son of Alpha 
Chadick and the late Harold Lee Chadick, Sr. and brother of Elizabeth Neilson of 
Memphis, Tenn. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Erik Alan Chadick and 
Shane Axel Chadick. He was a native of Bethel, Ark., and a longtime resident of 
Slidell.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial gathering 
from 1 - 3 p.m. tomorrow at the American Legion Post 374, 2233 Carey Street, 
Slidell.
