ROBERT JAMES FRANCIS,passed away in the home he called paradise, in Picayune, 
MS, on Monday, December 13, 2010, at the age of 79. 

He was the beloved husband of Mary S. Francis for 36 years, father of Donna 
Crappell (Keith), Brent Francis (Julie), Joy Creel (Jules), Kelley Francis, 
Margaret "Minnie" Nunez (Ryan), and Samuel T. Francis (Shannon). Grandfather of 
Jessica McNulty (Brian), Ashleigh Creel, Keith II and Kori Crappell, Jolie and 
Jordan Lewis, and Eleanor Francis. Brother of Ronald and Donald Francis and 
Joyce Proffitt. 

He was preceded in death by his first wife Mary Ann Cambre Francis; his father: 
George T. Francis Sr.; his mother: Mildred Francis Woodard; his brother: George 
Francis Jr.; and his sister: Ruth Francis Mahoney. He retired from Waste 
Management after 21 years of service.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral. A Funeral 
Mass will be celebrated at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN 
FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Thursday, December 16, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. 
Interment will be in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday beginning at 9:00am.

Donations to: Crosby Arboreteum of Picayune, MS or St. Joseph Hospice of 
Picayune, MS preferred, in lieu of flowers.
