NAVARRE, MICHAEL 
November 27, 1927 - December 10, 2010 	

Michael L. Navarre passed away on Friday, December 10, 2010 at the age of 83. 

Beloved husband of 61 years to Barbara Landry Navarre. Father of Michael Navarre 
Jr. (Linda), Patrick Navarre (Catherine), Jean Ann Miller (Rick), and the late 
Emile Navarre, Grandfather of 6 and Great-grandfather of 9. Son of the late 
Emile E. Navarre and Elda Arabie Navarre, brother of the late Ethel Ott, Roy 
Navarre, Geraldine Bullock, Robert Navarre and Elmo Navarre, survived by many 
nieces and nephews. 

A native of Gretna, LA and long time resident of Mandeville, LA, Michael is a 
former employee Sunbeam Bakery of New Orleans, Our lady of the Lake Church in 
Mandeville, LA, and a former owner of the Ozone Motel in Mandeville, LA ,(1979-
19820, also a veteran of the Navy during WWII.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our lady of the 
Lake Church in Mandeville, LA on Monday, December 13, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. 
Visitation from 10:00 am until service time. Interment will follow in Mandeville 
City Cemetery,
