Susan Elizabeth King Weems passed away on Friday, December 24, 2010.

Beloved mother of Cole Matthew Dubert; loving daughter of Dr. Hugh A. King, Jr. 
and Dianne Cecilia Rance King; sister of Gail Berntson (Eric), Linda Millen 
(Eric) and Joseph Farley, Jr. (Ginny); and grand-daughter to Flora Meriwether.

Age 43 years, a native of New Orleans, LA, a recent resident of Pineville, LA, 
and former resident of Mandeville, LA. Susan was a graduate of Loyola University 
in New Orleans. She received her Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from 
Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. For several years she served as 
Cantor at Saint James Major Catholic Church in New Orleans.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to celebrate the Mass of 
Christian Burial on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Mary Queen of 
Peace Catholic Church 1501 West Causeway Approach, Mandeville, LA 70471.

Visitation AT THE CHURCH on Wednesday will begin at 11:00 AM and continue until 
service time.

Immediately following the service a reception will be held in the Parish Center 
of the church.

Interment will be held privately at St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery in Covington, LA.

The family would prefer donations to the Music Ministry at Mary Queen of Peace
Catholic Church, 1501 W. Causeway Approach, Mandeville, LA 70471.
