Steven David Wetzel passed away on Monday, December 27, 2010.

Beloved father of Jeffrey Wetzel, Jason Wetzel, and his wife Jeanne, and Wendy 
W. Guidry, her husband Travis and their mother, Marsha Blanchard Wetzel; loving 
grandfather to Dominique Wetzel, Devin McKenzie and Micah Guidry; and brother of 
Cyril "Butch" Wetzel, Jr.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Helena Schmidt Wetzel; his father, Cyril 
Wetzel, Sr.; and a daughter-in-law, Nicole Norman Wetzel.

Age 61 years, he was a native and lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services on 
Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of E.J. Fielding Funeral 
Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433.

Visitation on Thursday will be 9:00 to 11:00 AM.

Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
