George E. Cundiff, Sr. passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at the age of 
80. 

George was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Mandeville, LA. He 
graduated from St. Aloysius High School and attended Tulane University. He 
served 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corp, which included 2 tours in Korea. 

George is survived by his loving partner, Betty Frazer; his former wife, Rita 
Becker; his sons, George E. Cundiff, Jr. (Debbie), and Bruce A. Cundiff 
(Yvonne); Betty's children, Cindy Taylor (Steve), Janiece Mistich (Ray), and 
Denise Frazer (Irving Albrecht); 4 grandchildren, Charles Cundiff (Cheryl), 
Andrew Cundiff (Caroline) Cori Cundiff, and Craig Cundiff; 3 great-
grandchildren, Haley, Logan and Olivia. 

George worked for Backer & Lejeune and Specialty Sales & Marketing. 

The family would like to extend their heart-felt gratitude to Lakeshore Hospice 
for their loving care at this difficult time.

Funeral Services will be private.
