Katherine "Micki" Michelle Haymore Faucon passed away peacefully on Sunday, 
February 20, 2011. 

She was born January 4, 1958 in Winston-Salem, NC to Thomas and Diana Rideout 
Haymore and has been a resident of Covington since 1992.

The beloved wife of Kevin P. Faucon, she is survived by three children: J.J., 
Whitney and Tart Johnson; three step children: Abbie Faucon Groeger (Kevin), 
Britton Faucon Neal (Charles) and Casey Faucon; two brothers, Robert and Todd 
Haymore and two grandsons, Wyatt and Cooper Neal.

A graduate of UNC Greensboro, Micki received her masters degree from Wake Forest 
University. After raising her children she began to work again as a Physicians 
Assistant in Louisiana. 

Devoted animal lover, Micki is survived by her three dogs, Beaulah, Mungo and 
Shocky and her beloved horse, Pete.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services 
at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 25, 2011 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 
21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433.

A wake is scheduled for Thursday, February 24, 2011 from 6-9:00 PM with visiting 
hours beginning Friday at 9:00 AM.

Micki will be cremated following the services on Friday and the family will 
gather later for private committal services.
