"Bill" Hazzard III passed away peacefully in his home on Friday, February 11, 2011 at age 42. Born in New Orleans, he lived 32 years in Covington. He graduated from St. Paul's School and attended Loyola University. He is the beloved son of Sandra Falk Moore and Edward E. Moore, Jr. He is predeceased by his maternal grandparents Bernard Peter Falk and Lois Somme' Falk of New Orleans. His paternal grandparents were the late William E. Hazzard and the late Pauline Joiner Hazzard of Cleveland, Ms. His memory will be forever cherished by his beloved sister, Amanda Moore Sturdivant (Jay) and his Godson, Jack Edward Sturdivant. He also leaves behind his older brother, Scott Moore of Houston, Tx. He was the nephew of Michael P. Falk and the late Roslyn Munster Falk as well as Audrey Floyd (Robert Earl) of Quitman, Ms. He was cousin of Michael P. Falk, Jr, Patrick Floyd, Lee Dykes and Shannan Roux. Bill was an avid sports fan and loved cooking for friends and family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Thursday, February 17, 2011at 11:00 AM with visitation on Thursday from 9:00 AM until service time. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Bill be made to Hospice of St. Tammany, 1212 S. Tyler St., Covington, LA 70433. ===================
