HRUBES

John W. Hrubes, III passed away Feb. 14, 2011, after a valiant fight with cancer 
at the age of 56. 

The beloved brother of Branch and Darryl Hrubes (wife Debbie) and Charlene 
Hibbs, he was the loving uncle to Kyle, Shawn and Jennifer Hrubes and Ty, Austin 
and Zane Hibbs and devoted friend to many. 

His humor, kindness, love for music, nature and the outdoors will be treasured 
memories to family and friends. Special heartfelt gratitude to Slidell Memorial 
Hospital and Notre Dame Hospice.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at St. Augustine's Episcopal 
Church, 3412 Haring in Metairie.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Memorial donations can be made to Slidell 
Memorial Hospital Regional Cancer Center.
