Michael Webb Mulligan passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2011.

Beloved husband of Julie Combe Mulligan. Father of Jason, Kelly and Sean 
Mulligan. Grandfather of Kelisha, Jamaine Hill, Alexis and Abigail Mulligan. 
Brother of Raymond Francis Mulligan and wife Theresa, Thomas John Mulligan, Sr. 
and wife Carrie, Barbara Mulligan and the late Patricia Mulligan. Son of the 
late Gloria and Raymond Francis Mulligan, Jr.

Age 57 years. A native and lifelong resident of the Covington-Folsom area.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete, at this time.
