SMITH

James Roy Smith passed away Friday, Feb. 18, 2011, at his residence in Pearl 
River at the age of 81.

He was retired from Kaiser Aluminum and was a member of Pearl Hickory Baptist 
Church in Pearl River.

Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Maggie Weaver Smith; three sons, James 
Russell Smith, Ricky Dale Smith and Ron Dwayne Smith and his wife Sarah; two 
brothers, Curtis and Charlie Smith and three sisters, Myrtis Stritman, Gladys 
Jones and Dovie Tarver.

He is also survived by five grandchildren, Nichole Sheridan, JoreŽ Smith, Bryce 
and Isaiah Killion and Payton Smith and one great-grandchild Colby Sheridan.

Memorial services will be held at noon today with visitation starting at 10 a.m. 
at D.T. Williams Funeral Home, 67525 Hwy. 41, Pearl River.
