EDMISTEN

Marshal Wayne Edmisten, RN., a native of St. Tammany Parish and long-time 
resident of St. Francisville, passed away Feb. 27,2011, after a lengthy illness.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Barbara; a daughter, Vera 
Edmisten; a son, Phillip Turner; five grandchildren and one on the way; two 
great-grandchildren; two sisters, Deanna Strain and Wanda Porter; six nieces and 
two nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Geraldine Edmisten; and two 
brothers, Raymond and Duane.

Services were held yesterday at Port Hudson Baptist Church in St. Francisville.
