Joseph James Fineran III passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2011.

Survived by his loving fiancˇe Michelle Taylor, the mother of his daughter 
Margurite Fairchild Fineran. Son of Peggy Phillips and Jesse John Fineran.

Age 38 years. A native and resident of the Covington-Mandeville area.

Memorial services were held privately.
