Col. Joseph A. Lemaire passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at age 78.

Beloved husband of Letitia Fortier Lemaire. Loving father of Letitia Lacour 
(Paul), Leslie Montz (Andrew) and Lisa Maher (Mark). Son of the late Catherine 
Leininger Lemaire and John Joseph Lemaire. Brother of Maybelle Fischer, Arthur 
Lemaire and the late John J. Lemaire and Elveria Moore. Proud grandfather of 
Marcel and MiMi Lacour, Drew (Christina), Melissa Donahoe (Danny), Laura and 
Emily Montz, Carly, Coleman and Kyle Maher.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at E.J. Fielding 
Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Monday, March 14, 
2011at 11:00 AM with visitation on Monday from 9:00 AM until Mass time.

Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Lemaire be 
made to the Marianites of Holy Cross, MSC Development, 1011 Gallier St., New 
Orleans, LA 70117.
