Robbie was born in New Orleans, LA, was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish and currently resides in Pearl River, LA. Beloved son of Robbie and Jean Maas. Father of Melinda Maas Weiser (Jonathan) and Melanie Maas, whose mother, Donna, was his former wife. Paw-Paw of Jonathan, Jr. Brother of Carly Maas Schloegel (Jim). Godfather of Candice Schloegel Dillman. Beloved companion of Lucie Rusk, along with her son Doug (April) and their children, Cheyenne and Jazmine. Also survived by many family and friends. Robbie had a passion for bowling and was an avid fisherman. He worked as a master glazer and was a member of United Cab Co. Robbie's family offers their heartfelt thanks to the very caring staff of Lakeshore Hospice. Their genuine loving support during this difficult time is greatly appreciated. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation and Funeral Service, to help send Robbie on his Eternal Fishing Trip. Services will be held in the Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road, Covington, LA 70435 on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at 8:30 pm. Visitation from 6:00 pm until service time. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at any Capital One branch to the Robbie Joseph Maas, Jr. Memorial Fund. ===================
