Audrey Ann Maurin Oriol passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, from 
complications of a lengthy illness, at the age of 86. 

Audrey was born on August 11, 1924 in New Orleans, LA and was a longtime 
resident of Mandeville, LA. 

Preceded in death by her husband, Ramon and 2 children, Rae and Sam. 

Survived by 3 daughters, Ann Oriol Strain, Dale E. Oriol and Joan M. Oriol; 2 
beloved siblings, Genevieve M. Darbonne and Anthony E Maurin, Jr.; 7 
grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. 

Audrey was a loving, gentle soul who will be sorely missed. She was an active 
member of Our Lady of the Lake Church until she joined the community at Heritage 
Manor of Mandeville.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at Our Lady of the 
Lake Catholic Church, 312 Lafitte Street, Mandeville, LA 70448 on Thursday, 
March 24, 2011 at 11:00 am. 
Visitation will be held at church from 10:00 am until Mass time. 
A private interment will be held at a later date.
