RODNEY W. DAVIS, SR., of Lacombe, LA, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2011 at 
Cannon Hospice in Jefferson, LA.

Beloved father of Rodney Davis, Jr. (Laurie), Benjamin Davis and Lydia K. 
Godfrey (Paul). Son of the late Ben and Catherine Davis. Brother of Velma 
Chabreck, Dale Davis, Rhonda Burke, Donna McNeil, Brenda Burke, Bonnie Weisler.

Also survived by 2 grandchildren; Colin Reid Davis and Luke Sullivan Godfrey.

Age 56 years; a native of New Orleans and a resident of Lacombe since 1981. 
Rodney was a retired from the New Orleans Dock Board.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a graveside service in 
Mandeville City Cemetery on Montgomery Street on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 
11:00am.
