Yvette Marie Gary Fitzpatrick passed away on Monday, April 4, 2011 at the age of 
43. 

A native of Madisonville, LA and a resident of Covington, LA. Beloved mother of 
Amy Marie Fitzpatrick. Former wife of John J. Fitzpatrick, III. Daughter of 
Helen Cox Gary and Joseph Stanford Gary. Sister of Terrell Gary. Granddaughter 
of Mabel Gary. Cousin of Karen Neal Fussell and Sherrie Neal Dolin. Also 
survived by her Madisonville childhood friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at Three Rivers 
Presbyterian Church, 204 West 23rd Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Thursday, 
April 14, 2011 at 10:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Central Progressive Bank of 
Madisonville, LA in Amy's name.
