Mrs. McKinley was a former member of St. Mark's Fourth Baptist Church, New Orleans before moving her membership to St. James Baptist Church in Mandeville due to health reasons. Mrs. McKinley is preceded in death by her parents, Madrid Delathy Jones and Louise (Washington) Jones; her husband James McKinley; three sisters, Lillie Mae (Jones) and her husband Moses Slack, Dorothy Louise (Jones) Price, and Estelle Annette (Teat) Jones; five brothers, Ernest Delathy Jones, Walter Jones, Alleaner Jones, Josepeh Mitchell Jones and Alvin Jones. She is survived by her children, Frank J. McKinley, Rita M. McKinley; three grandchildren, Shelita (Keith) Brown, Torrey T. McKinley and Francisca E. McKinley; five great-grandchildren, Brittney (McKinley) Brown, Brandon Brown, Torion McKinley, Camryn McKinley and Temia McKinley; one great-great-grandchild, Brashawn Brown; two sisters, Elizabeth (Jones) Lee (Richard) and Gloria Dean Jones; four brothers, Madrid [Marilyn (Abbie)] Jones Jr., George N. Jones, Harold R. [Emanda (Tootie)] Jones, Robert Charles (Jim) Jones; nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends. In her spare time, she loved reading and exercising her mind for critical thinking. Visitation will be from 9 - 11 a.m. tomorrow at St. James Baptist Church, 312 Highway 1077, Madisonville. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., with the Rev. George Burris as officiating minister. Interment will follow in Help and Hand Cemetery, Madisonville. Richardson Funeral Home of St. Tammany in Covington is in charge of arrangements. ===================
