Beloved Wife of Charles Mowen Sr.; Mother of Cherie Moore (husband Bryan), Chas Mowen III (wife Nicole), and Chanon McGhee (husband Ricky); Daughter of Anthony Peppo and the late Rita Plaisance Peppo; Sister of Perry Peppo, and the late Tony Peppo; Also survived by six grandchildren: Erin Panks, Collin Panks, Braden Moore, Alexis Mowen, Chas Mowen IV, Cole McGhee A native of New Orleans and a resident of Slidell since 1976, she was a successful real estate agent who was loved by many. She will be most remembered by the lives that she touched and her desire to put the needs of others before her own. Her amazingly unselfish love for her family and friends will always be held dear and carried on. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral. Funeral Services will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. Interment will be in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday, April 18, 2011, from 5:00pm until 9:00pm and after 11:00am on Tuesday.
