Stanley Anthony Smith, 78, of Slidell, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 
2011,at Slidell Memorial Hospital. 

The beloved husband of Shirley Farragut Smith, he was the father of Thad Smith 
and brother of Louis Smith, John Smith, Jr., and the late Jackie Smith. He is 
also survived by two grandchildren, Chad Smith and Megan Smith and a great-
grandchild, Jacob Smith. 

He was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Slidell since Katrina. 

He was a truck driver for Gordon's Transport for 33 years.

Funeral Services are private.
