JIMMIE (JEAN) HILLMAN BATTAGLIA, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Thursday, May 
12, 2011 at Slidell Memorial Hospital.

Beloved wife of the late Dominick Battaglia.
Mother of Julia Ann Beebe, Donna B. Stewart and James "Bubby" Battaglia. Mother-
in-law of R.K. Beebe, James Stewart and Kim Battaglia.
Daughter of the late James Hillman and Bernice Davis Hillman.
Sister of Jean Patton and the late Willard Hillman, Jerry Hillman and Eddie 
Hillman.

Also survived by grandchildren; Deborah Mooney, Anita Stutes, the late Walter 
White, Jr., Jason Medine, Robert Beebe, Jr., Christopher Battaglia, Chad 
Battaglia, Jenna Battaglia Dusang and Amber Battaglia and 17 great 
grandchildren. Also survived by her loving and dear friend Patsy Forsythe.

Age 83 years; a former resident of St. Bernard Parish and a resident of Slidell 
since 2005.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services 
at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), 
Slidell, LA on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 11:00am. Visitation will be from 9:00am 
until 11:00am. 
Interment will be private. 
Donations to: St. Jude's Children's Hospital preferred, in lieu of flowers.
