On Wednesday, May 17, 2011, we lost a beloved family member and friend, Linda 
Gill Grubb.

Linda was the beloved wife of the late Jack Grubb; sister of Patricia Gill, 
Judith Gill Wilkinson and the late Wayne Gill. She is also survived by many 
nieces, nephews as well as grandnieces. She was preceded in death by her mother, 
Elizabeth Anderson Gill and her father, Fred Gill, both of Covington.

Linda was a native of Covington and long-time resident of Mandeville.

Linda graduated from Loyola University with a Bachelor's degree in 
Communications but enjoyed a wide variety of professions including Broadcasting, 
Marketing Director and Real Estate. Linda also spent time volunteering at St. 
Tammany Parish Hospital.

She loved life, laughing and traveling the world. All who met her were drawn to 
her enthusiasm and energy and was cherished by many friends. Although her family 
and friends will miss her dearly, she will live on in the hearts of all who knew 
her.

Linda will also be dearly missed by her two beloved Bichon dogs.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service at St. Timothy 
United Methodist Church, 335 Asbury Dr., Mandeville, LA 70448 on Monday, May 23, 
2011 with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM and service at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations in memory of Linda be made 
to Hospice of St. Tammany Parish, 4410 Hwy 22, Mandeville, LA 70471 (985)871-
5976.
