RITCHIE

Aline Stafford Ritchie was granted her angel wings May 3, 2011. 

Her final days were spent surrounded by family, extended family, and 
friends,that Aline had touched in some way throughout her long productive life.

Aline's life seems too short to those that loved her, but those who were touched 
by her understood that her love for Jesus far exceeded even the love she had for 
her family.

She enjoyed reading her Bible and singing gospel hymns.

Aline was born to Willie Stafford and Dallas Rosette-Cotton Stafford Sept. 19, 
1936, in Stateline, La. Aline married Daniel Eugene Ritchie Jan. 2, 1962.

Aline and Daniel had six children. Aline is survived by her sons and daughters, 
Richard Caulley Ard (Brenda and Crosby Ard), Annie June Ard Baucum (Dwight 
Baucum), J.D. Ard, Ronald Eddie Ard, Regenia Ritchie Zeringue (Perry Zeringue), 
and David Eugene Ritchie (Debbie Pettis Ritchie; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-
grandchildren. She is survived by two brothers and two sisters, Donald Wayne 
Stafford, Lucille Stafford Stevens, Della Faye Stafford Miley and Bill Stafford. 
She was preceded in death by her parents and five siblings. She is also survived 
by many loved nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. today at the Lighthouse Baptist Church, 
59413 Badon Road, Slidell. 
Interment will be at 2 p.m. at the Ritchie Cemetery in Crossroads, Miss.
